Corporate Events
Michelle spent over a decade in the corporate sector before founding The Occasion. This entailed planning, designing, and executing spectacular events across the globe including, closing the Vatican for an intimate dinner and arranging a beachfront dinner by Stephen Tyler’s home in Maui, taking over the Four Seasons Bosporus in Istanbul, and creating a once-in-a-lifetime Mercedes tour from Provence to Monaco, among many others.
During those years, she discovered what it is that makes an event extremely special. Her ability to work with a blank canvas and bring it to life is her superpower. From an international conference to an incentive trip; a board meeting, to a town hall, to a massive holiday party, big or small our team has created it and is committed to providing an exceptional experience.
Consultation
During our initial 30 minute consultation, we will review our capabilities as well as your details and expectations in order to determine our next steps in moving forward. Before we get started, it is important for clients to fill out the intake form so we can all be prepared as possible and make the most of our time together.
This consultation is of no cost to you. We can either do this in person or by phone, depending on what you prefer. However, whenever possible, we try to have this meeting in person as we find it is most productive.
The main point of this consultation is to best decide how we will execute your vision. The scope will be assessed as well as the anticipated work ahead.
Once we have decided that our services are perfect for your needs, a retainer will be required based on what is discussed. This will serve to cover the time allotted to the first few weeks of discovery. We will create all the maps necessary to guide you to what will be an outstanding event.
